[Adventure] A Chef's Request (DM:renau1g; judge: covaithe)

[SBLOCK=OOC]@Walking Dad: You probably just swing at a death creature by the way. I think Fissure, Gorghor and I just killed that one. Maybe you would consider an alternate action if the creature was dead.[/SBLOCK]
[SBLOCK=OOC]He was the only enemy in reach, I think. Probably would have readied an action to strike firts enemy to come in reach.[/SBLOCK]

[sblock=ooc]yeah... I was distracted by my first hockey game in a few months and wasn't paying attention. Ok, tomorrow morning. Sorry all. [/sblock]

Cold bad coming, Fissure said, looking at the heavily wounded Willow. He hops down the stairs, trying to protect the others from the big dragonman; as he does so, the stone forms around him limbs again. He swing out with this club again, crashing into both the undead and frozen foes around him.

Willow steps back out of the cold zone and changes to her elven form. She draws her longbow from her back, and falls back to her elven heritage as she knocks an arrow.

-''Hey, our Dragonman no move no more! He looks worse than Pointy Ear. Is no good.''

Ghorgor steps toward the nearby ghoul and batters it some while psychically challenging the dragonborn.

Calisto disengage the two undead and grabs the potion at Nejs belt and make him drink it. She then stare at the Ghast and the creature fall on the floor, convulse before stopping moving.

Nejs wakes up from the burning sensation as the potion repairs some of his body. He quickly stands up, stabs with a radiant stike... and misses.

The cold intensifies again and all but Ghorgor are caught in the blizzard, it once again sends Nejs to the ground. The dragonborn launches into a frenzied attack on Fissure, after a series of claw swipes, also drops the goliath.

The ghast takes advantage of Calisto's blindness and takes a chunk from her shoulder. She nearly collapses from the pain and feels rooted in place.

Now only Willow, Ghorgor, and the blind Calisto stand against the foes.

[sblock=Enemy Actions]

[sblock=OOC]At least that crit is a good one for Mind Spike... Nope. Not adjacent.

Fissure has used his Second Wind. He has no healing potions. A heal check could stabilize him. The risk is whether the baddy will try a CDG while Ghorgor has him marked. If Fissure (and Nejs) aren't up before he kicks in killer frost, however, we're both likely dead. So the risk is whether to try to get DB1 down quickly, or try to stabilize Fissure/Nejs.

In any case: Strike 1[/sblock]Even the stone cannot save Fissure from the darkness, though it does save him from death. But the quickening flow of blood on the frigid tiles indicates that it will not be long now.

Calisto robes flash a moment, but the ghoul his eyes before he get dazed by the flash. Calisto disengage the Ghoul, knowing too well it will come after her.

[SBLOCK=OOC]I wanted to see what it was to do a real combat post with the ENWorld dice roller. Not only it rolls crappy rolls, the site is actually too slow that it took me over 10 minutes making that little post.

Standard: Robe of Scintillation
Move: Shift to E12
Minor: Pray![/SBLOCK]
