If you use the Enworld dice roller please list the results in your Actions post. Also, please list what defense you are targeting with the attacks [/sblock]

The sahaguin on the ship are torn apart by the adventurers, while Ronen unleashes some flames on the priestess.

The females respond to their children's destruction with another volley of psychic energy. Ghorgor and Eryto feel their wrath manifested as snapping shark jaws tearing their flesh.

The large Sahaguin rises above the water again, his claw punches a large hole in the hull and the vessel begins listing to the side. It's only a few moments until it drops below the waves. The other claw slashes at Leonard to no avail, and the trident stabs at Ghorgor, but the goliath easily blocks it.

[sblock=Enemy Actions]

P1: stand, use spectral jaws on Ghorgor - vs will (ghorgor) ; dmg (1d20+10=29, 4d6+2=19) hits for 19 psychic + ongoing 5 damage and takes a -2 penalty to all defenses (save ends both).
P2: vs will (eryto) ; dmg (1d20+10=23, 4d6+2=9) hits Eryto for 9 + ongoing 5 damage and takes a -2 penalty to all defenses (save ends both).

B1: Resurfaces and triple attacks - claws on boat (1d20+9=24, 2d6+5=12) the boat is now sinking. rounds to sink (1d4=4) rounds until it goes under. the other attacks are claw on leonard (1d20+9=15, 2d6+5=10) (forgot +2 to attack rolls for the Aquatic keyword of the sahaguin but no matter). trident on Ghorgor (1d20+9=12, 2d4+4=12) YOU SUCK!

Pulling his chains from the corpse of the sahaguin, Eryto searches out a new target. Tired and bloodied from the mental assault of the priestesses, he bypasses the central melee and focuses on the casters. He and Orthos each make a terrific leap off the bow of the boat. Eryto then tears through the water at his aquatic adversary and a wave of spray kicks up as he viciously mauls the creature, a display so chaotic and violent that it invigorates the gnoll.

[sblock=Actions]Move: Eryto moves X9->X10 then makes a running long jump off the bow of the ship: Athletics - 1d20+9=15 (3 squares), landing in X13, then finishing his move to X14 (he automatically passes the DC10 swim check). Orthos moves to Y9 and makes a running long jump off the boat: Athletics - 1d20+3=12 (2 squares), landing in Z11, then attempting to swim to AA12: Athletics - 1d20+3=14 succeeds.
Minor:
Hunter's Quarry on P1.
Standard: Ferocious Charge on P1. Eryto charges to Z16. +1 to hit from charging, +4 to damage from Ferocious Charge, +2 to damage from Bloodied Fury. 1d20+10=19 vs. AC, 2d4+12=18 damage. Eryto gains 4 temporary HP.
Free Action: Hunter's Quarry - 1d6=5 damage.
Saving Throw:
1d20=8, failed.[/sblock]

I'm pretty sure that unless you have a swim speed you can't charge while swimming.

PHB 283 Your speed is your base walking speed, in contrast to your speed while swimming or, if you’re affected by a power, flying.

You can't also Charge when Swimming or Climbing as they are part of a Move Action.

[MENTION=46559]covaithe[/MENTION] - any thoughts?

Willow turns her attention to the larger of the foes, and again calls down a strike of lightening to do her bidding.

[sblock=Actions]
Standard: Storm Spike
-vs. B1; hits REFLEX 8 for 11 damage (Roll Lookup)
[Elven Accuracy]Reroll; hits REFLEX 10 (Roll Lookup)

I give up.

[sblock=Swim Charging]I would caveat this in saying that only the Burrow movement calls out charging as unavailable (though the Fly movement calls it out as explicitly available). Neither climbing, jumping, nor swimming discuss charging. This isn't 3.5 where charging was much more restrictive. You're still moving half your speed w/ an Athletics check which limits how far you can swim charge.

That being said, I'm not DM here, nor a judge in this place. :)[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]Well, if the swim-charge isn't allowed, would I be able to charge while moving from the boat to the water (ie. from Y7 to Z7)? Or would the jump down or whatever else keep me from being able to do that? If I can charge to that square, can I revise my actions to the following:

Move: Orthos runs, moving to Y9, then jumping to AA10, then swimming to AC10, using the same checks he made in the previous post (jumping 2 squares, successful swim check), Eryto moves to S7.
Minor: Hunter's Quarry on B1
Standard: Ferocious Charge on B1, moving from S7 to Z7. Same attack roll and damage roll as in previous post, except +2 to attack from CA (21 vs. AC), and +2 damage from Pack Attack (2d4+14=20 damage, +5 Hunter's Quarry for 25 total damage). Eryto gains 4 temporary HP.

Orthos would have run, so -5 to his attacks, and he grants CA. Eryto would still fail his saving throw, so -2 to his defenses, 5 ongoing damage.

If I can't do that, then Orthos would move to Y5 then leap to AA6, then finish his move to AB7. Eryto would hunter's quarry B1, then use Furious Charge from W9 to Y9, hitting for 19 vs. AC, but getting the damage bonus from Pack Attack (25 total damage) and gains 4 temporary HP. Thus, the status block in the previous post would still be accurate.[/sblock]
