Is there a Demon Lord of the Nalfeshnee? If not below is my start on the Demon Lord of the Nalfeshnee. This Demon Lord has the DemonLord template and some of the SLA of the 2nd Nalfeshnee.
I got the idea of this Demon Lord's look from thepicture in this link. http://bezcek.sweb.cz/Demon4.JPG
Is Detect Thoughts ESP for 3.5 D&D?

Here are the SLA for a 2nd edition Nalfeshnee.
In addition to the standard abilities of all tanar’ri, nalfeshnee have the following spell-like powers: alter self, bind, call lightning, chill touch, detect invisibility (always active), distance distortion, ESP (always active), feeblemind, forget, giant insect, invisibility, know alignment (always active), mirror image, protection from good (always active), raise dead, slow, and web.

Belingorm stands thirty-four feet tall. His body is that of a corpulent mountain gorilla with jet-black fur that has streaks of crimson red. Protruding from his back is pair of black eagle wings that seem ridiculously small compared to the rest of his body. The wings only have a ten-foot span. His head is that of a monstrous boar. A pronounced bony crest runs along the top and back of his head. The head is ringed with eight segmented horns, in a crown like fashion. Above his large eyes, which are lurid red flaming orbs is a large thick ridged brow. Below his eyes are flaring cheekbones. The large jaws possess three pairs of large upper and lower canine tusks. The lower jaws have bony protrusions similar to the 'warts' of the warthog. Multiple wicked chains are wrapped around his chest and torso. Both enormous arms are bestial in appearance and long enough to drag on the ground. Both massive hands have three fingers and a thumb that each end in a large sharp claw. The legs are the hind legs of a boar. The black hooves are sharp edged.

Here is what abilities I have given Belingorm so far:

Spell-Like Abilities (CL 20th):
Always active–detect magic, discern lies, protection from
good

At will—astral projection, blasphemy, call lightning,
desecrate, detect good, detect law, greater dispel magic,
feeblemind, greater teleport, plane shift, shapechange,
slow, telekinesis, unhallow, unholy aura, unholy blight
3/day—forecage, symbol of death
1/day—freedom, imprisonment

Detect Thoughts (Su): Belingorm can continuously use detect thoughts as the spell (caster level 20th; Will DC 30 negates). It can suppress or resume this ability as a free action. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Infernal Wounds (Ex): A wound from Belingorm's claw attack continues to bleed after the injury was inflicted. An injured creature loses 2 additional hit points each round. The wound does not heal naturally and resists healing spells. The continuing hit point loss can be stopped by a DC 24 Heal check, a cure spell, or a heal spell. However, a character attempting to cast a cure spell or a heal spell on a creature damaged by Belingorm’s claw must succeed on a DC 24 caster level check, or the spell has no effect on the injured character. A successful Heal check automatically stops the continuing hit point loss as well as restoring hit points. The check DC is Constitution-based.
Item Master (Ex): Although not an actual spellcaster, Belingorm can use any magic item, even spell completion items such as wands and scrolls. He can also create any item or construct as though he had the necessary feats and prerequisite spells or other requirements.
Know the Name of All Things (Su): By looking at a subject, Belingorm may know their name and background. This is just like the legend lore spell, but the effects are instantaneous and the subject is allowed a Will save against DC 00.
Smite (Su): Three times per day Belingorm can create a nimbus of unholy light. When the demon triggers the ability, rainbow-colored beams play around its body. One round later they burst in a 60-foot radius. Any creature within this area must succeed on a DC 30 Will save or be dazed for 1d10 rounds as visions of its worst fears hound it. The creature receives its full Dexterity and shield bonuses to AC if attacked but can take no actions. Other demons are immune to this effect. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Tongues (Ex): As the tongues spell, always active, caster level 20th.
True Seeing (Ex): Belingorm is under the constant effect of true seeing, as per the spell of the same name. This ability cannot be dispelled.

I thought for sure it was Nurgle...

I've always assumed that types of demons didn't need rulers, though Nurgle does make a strong case. For Hezrou as well, because trying to imagine that smell is giving me much pain.

In the back of my mind, I'm thinking that maybe there is a Nalfeshnee lord, but I could be wrong. I cannot come up with any details if I'm right, which makes me think maybe it was a custom demon with a template or class levels?, but really even that is just a hunch. And I think Nalfeshnee is WotC product ID so it couldn't be Paizo...

Where you thinking of Tuerny the Merciless?

Maybe? As soon as I read Tuerny I thought, "oh yeah, I forgot about him" but I just don't know. Maybe it could have been a named nalfeshnee from a Planescape product.

Didn't realize the nalfeshnee was open content. That's probably from not owning a dead tree Bestiary. I can find what I need online and I've never needed one before.

What do you think of his portfolio being Nalfeshnee, Punishment and Judgement of the Doomed?

How do i go about figuring out what his attribute before I apply the attribute bonuses the Demon lord template gives if his attributes are the following after he became gargantuan in size? Str 33, Dex 10, Con 31, Int 22, Wis 22, Cha 20

How would I go about figuring out how much he would weigh at thirty feet tall?
