Some other mechanical effects you might want to think about:
The entangle spell is "powered up". Maybe disadvantage on the save, maybe double in size, maybe d4 damage if caught in it.
Resistance necrotic for all within it.
SOmething like Divine favor for all "wild" creatures in the grove. Your treants and boars should do an extra d4 nature (or something) damage.
A physical "second wind" a wind that blows through and heals all fey (or natural or something) creatures that heals 1d8+ druid level.
All enemies are vulnerable to natural attacks (bite, claw, etc.) and wooden attacks (staff, club, shileagh (sp))
