Katashka was actually first mentioned in the Dragon article on the Lords of Dust, though he was called out again in The Age of Worms conversions. As a force of death and undeath and someone with "Keeper" as part of his title, he could easily be responsible for some of the myths of the Keeper. Another alternative is mentioned on page 30 of the ECG: that he created dracoliches during the ancient war, and that the first of these, Mazyralyx, is responsible for some of the myths of the Keeper (specifically, the inhabitant of the Lair of the Keeper in the Demon Wastes). If you wanted to hold to the literal idea that the Keeper was once Kol Korran's brother, this would likely be the source of it.

Any better ideas? or would you consider it forbidden to depict the Shadow? (Us Danes have to be careful who we depict, it has gotten us into troubles before)
