Given the Huge size of the Fire Giants they'd need to be relatively bunched to get a good lot of them but that would be a very viable tactic in an enclosed space.

It's not the final fight (the final fight will probably be with the Drow, the real instigators behind the events of the module), but the fight with King Snurre of the Fire Giants consists of him (he is CR 11), his two Fire Giant guards, and his two pet hell hounds.

There are many fire giants all over the map however, and this is just one level of the dungeon;

Thanks very much Urriak, very helpful.

The Snurre encounter looks like CR 22 ish (off the top of my head) which isn't too bad, but its notable they only have 3 Fire Giants in the encounter. Wonder is there any in the whole adventure where you can face 4 or more?
