Im considering Blackmoor on the coast of the reallife Hudson Bay, and Greyhawk on the river near the reallife Lake Superior. Whence the Americas. Whence north and south of Anchorome (≈ Canada).
D&D 5E In FR, where do you plug in Blackmoor and Greyhawk?

Yeah, if using the Oerth setting, then it already has the Blackmoor region and the Greyhawk region.

I've always wanted to to something like this pic, only I would move the two parts closer together. But, the idea would be Faerun facing west and the Flanaess facing east on the Eurasia continent.

Wouldn't you place it in the area of FR where it matches you campaign? If the City of Greyhawk is more historical England, you place it in Waterdeep or such and not in FR Egypt or FR Mexico. I guess it is rather easy to change the flavor to match your campaign, but then why not just keep it in Greyhawk?
