D&D 5E EN5ider #500 Megadungeon Megapoll

With the 500th issue of EN5ider coming up next year we are looking ahead and want to know what YOU want to see!


We are a ways off (more than half a year) from this incredible milestone and really want it to be something truly spectacular so planning for it is already underway. We know we're making a megadungeon and we've polled EN5ider patrons to learn what they want most (they are the ones paying for it!), but there wouldn't be an EN5ider without an ENWorld so we're keen on hearing your voices as well.

Usually EN5ider pitches are blinded then scored and commissioned—that's not what we're doing for issue #500. Instead this megadungeon will feature encounters and rooms from over a dozen of our most talented designers all working in tandem under one theme.

Megadungeon Theme​

What theme will designers be working towards? We don't know yet! We have however brainstormed different options that EN5ider patrons have already voted on, some of which made it through to this poll.

500 Regardless​

No matter what theme the megadungeon has, because it's the 500th issue of EN5ider that number will figure in somehow. The party will have to collect 500 of something (with more being gained in tougher rooms, less gained in easier rooms) before the megadungeon can be completed, though what that something is we won't know until after the theme is selected.
