He should have a mustache and a girl hanging off the arm and she should be carving trademark words into the wall as he swings by. although the angle he's pointed at makes me wonder exactly what he's aiming for....especially since he's so high up. maybe a bat?

Yes, he definitely needs a mustache and a DID.

I don't think its that good.

He needs to be interacting with some kind of background instead of floating in nothing. This would also give us a sense why he's on the chandelier in the first place. And while the candle flames are flickering and his hair is brushed back, it still doesn't convey movement very well.

He looks like he stuck in the middle of nothing acting like a stripper with that rope representing a pole.

It's a new PrC, the Chandelier Cavalier! They only gain special abilities when swinging from chandeliers and to qualify for the PrC, they must have survived an encounter where a chandelier (DM's option to include a 16-ton weight) fell on their head.
