Chest day best day.
Typical stuff, but!
I went to do my Dips, and I thought, why. Why is this painful, this makes no sense.
So I stood and looked at the bars, and I thought, it's too wide. Again, I'm a small guy. So I THINK I was doing essential wide Dips, with 90 lbs hanging off me.
So in a moment of wisdom I put that aside, did Bench.
90, 140, 180, 200. Minimal pain.
Did Dips on a different machine, no plates, and minimal pain.
So that's probably it.
Either way, feeling good. Clearly losing a bit around the belly, weight still creeping up.
If I can get this shoulder addressed I hope to smash June, and then spend July shirtless.
