I much prefer physical dice.... But at the same time it's hard not to acknowledge the cost that comes from the fact that we are no longer playing on a small coffee table with high viz dice... Those fancy multi colored swirly clickity clacks are impossible to reas from across a big table if they are even visible & not blocked by an object like a tabletop display or laptop..... I've found that quita few regularly "lucky" players suddenly run around with much more average luck once they need to use the digital dice on the tabletop display
