Got my legs in yesterday, a bit short as I was late and the gym was full.

Back
Legs/Core (maybe?)
Chest
Core/Delts/Cardio

Thats my plan rest of month, on top of cursing my coworkers for all the OT i'm pulling..
 






Flex Friday

Did my Chest/Shoulder thing.

45s on the Dips
200 on Bench
65s on Incline
145 on the Fly machine.

Some odds and ends.

I think my shoulder held up, will know tomorrow.

If it did, Saturday is some cardio/core stuff.

Next week I'm going to bump up the weight again, slightly, and add a bit of outdoor running on my legs days in a field. Knees cannot handle pavement.

As long as this weekend works out for work, I'm looking forward to June!
