I have no idea what the work out was called but it involved burpees, planks, lunges, squats, repeated in rapid fashion. I think it was put together to listen a person up for armored combat.

Sounds like my old Muay Thai warmups.

Got to the gym did a kinda of all over thing.

Bike

Curls w/bar.
Facepulls (I love these actually)
Dips, no plates.
Pull ups.

Deadlift
Squat (this went up)
Core stuff.
Delt stuff.

Just to get the blood going a bit.

Weigh in was 179.8, I'm going to make the last sacrifice (goodbye peanut butter cookies!) and see if I can drop to 175, without a decrease in size/strength over the next month.

Drills and cardio, jog and sprints. With a twist. I was wearing this!

This was my first real day back in a long time. Between getting sick, neck issues, and travel, I haven't been able to work out in almost a month. I had very light upper and lower days this weekend to ease back in. I'm the weakest I've been in years, but I'm trying to look at the bright side: it'll be easy to progressively overload for the next month or so!
