Morrus

Morrus is the owner of EN World and EN Publishing, creator of the ENnies, creator of the What's OLD is NEW (WOIN), Simply6, and Awfully Cheerful Engine game systems, publisher of Level Up: Advanced 5th Edition, and co-host of the weekly Morrus' Unofficial Tabletop RPG Talk podcast. He has been a game publisher and RPG community administrator for over 20 years, and has been reporting on TTRPG and D&D news for over two decades.
So, for the record, Manga are Japanese comic books. I understand Morrus's confusion, as there were two different companies, one in the UK, and one in the US, which distributed Anime, which were called Manga (Manga Video in the UK, Manga Entertainment in the US). And one of those was also involved in producing the Ghost in the Shell film, and getting it an English release.
 

Guys - you CANNOT just say "does a Ratner". It might be that Gerald Ratner is well known in the UK but I had to do some serious googling to even find his name.
And the reason you just cannot say it is the rest of non-UK world most likely just thought you were talking about movie director Brett Ratner who has been accused of sexual misconduct among other things and now has fled to Isreal and only makes movies for Trump.
Ryan Dancey presumably hasn't done anything like that - so it is dangerous to use such terms without context and just mumling around it in the podcast.
