5e Character Sheet — The Graphic Designer Edition 1

No permission to download
I wasn't happy with the WotC sheets, they didn't seem to be laid out in a way that was very orderly. So, being a corporate graphic designer, I tried my hand at it. What I came up with was a simple, double sided sheet, but you'll only really need to look at one side during combat. Everything related to abilities, combat, attacks, saving throws and skills are given their own blocks. So really, only the top half of the page needs to be consulted during combat. Let me know your thoughts.

When I have the time I'll do an illustrated version, giving the sheet a bit more character and old school flare.

As a side note, these are also designed for my home campaign (link below). I only use copper pennies, sliver shillings and gold crowns. All prices in the rule books are shifted down one, making silver=gold. Anything listed as copper in the rule books are simply 1 copper penny. I also have readied items. A character can have 4 readied items (excluding weapons). So potions, scrolls, etc. That healing potion not readied? Then sit down, take your backpack off and dig through it til you find it!

Edit: Feb 2, added spell slots to the spell sheet, added a dX to the hit dice box.

Edit: Feb 5: For the down vote could I get a comment why, as to better improve them? Thanks.

Here's my campaign's online journal:

Edit: April 15: Last year I did some art direction work for my friends proof of concept film “Advanced Wizards & Warriors” doing posters and creating set pieces for the gaming table (AD&D-er, AW&W- books and character sheets, maps, etc.).

The concept is essentially about a group of 30-somethings who game together and it shifts between reality and their game, occasionally the two bleed into one another—like the cavalier’s real life wife coming into the tavern wearing her housecoat to interrupt).

So please follow the campaign and help out by casting some votes to help make this thing happen.

Thanks!
