Battle, quest, organisation, campaign and village tracker 1

No permission to download
The first page allows you to track villages you create for planning, or in case the PCs return (not likely with my team of a dragonborn, drow and half-drow party, doh...) using the guidelines from the DMG, and also extra tips I've picked up from elsewhere such as tracking taverns and rumours, and also a map with hexes (3 different scales) so you can track travel. Stick in some rivers, buildings and trades, roads and features to help conjure a familiar environment on each visit.

The second page is a battle tracker, 2 to a page. Use it to track initiative and battle turns, enemy HP rolls and current HP (up to 3 types with 6 each), special conditions and abilities, EXP and CR, main monster attacks, and other notes.

Ignore the third page - I used them to make paper miniatures to fit 2-to-an-inch squares system (far better for a small table)

Sorry if the colours are a little ugly. Maybe print grayscale

Added a basic no-frills world planner using guidelines from DMG and other sources
Added a quest planner to get started on building story hooks ripe for good roleplaying and decision-making
Added an organisation tracker sheet based on DMG with other ideas
