Take a d20 (3.x, Pathfinder, etc.) stat block and run through the steps to convert to a WOIN stat block. It's draft; it undoubtedly needs tweaking, but it's a decent start, I think. I'd very much appreciate it if folks would test it with various d20/3.x critters and note any tweaks needed.
