This is a form fillable version of the official Adventurer's League two page character sheet with the 3rd Page (spells) from the official standard character sheet with its header replaced with an Adventurer's League header.
It also has a spot on page 2 where you can choose a picture or text for the "Character Appearance" box. Just click the little icons to the left of "Character Appearance". If choosing a picture, click the little portrait icon and then click the blank area above "Character Appearance" to select an image. Unfortunately if you don't have Acrobat, you are limited to PDF images. (Blame Adobe, not me.) Clicking the small text icon changes the area above "Character Appearance" to a text field.
Race, Class, Background, Alignment, and Faction are all drop-down selections will all options from the Player's Handbook, and they also allow custom entry. Choosing one of the 5 factions for Tyranny of Dragons will put their logo in the "Faction" circle on the 2nd page.
