I began playing 4th Edition, and recently my DM forgot our record sheets at his home. So, since in our campaign we are heavily relying on power cards, I made this. It fits in Magic plastic covers, and the faces are of the right size, so printing the .rtf file and putting the faces into a transparent cover gives a perfect portable sheet.
