Extra character sheet with optional DMG rules :

Sanity, Honor, Faction + Reknown, Piety, Madness, Rewards.

I've added a Courage ability score, which is used in my gaming group (replacing Wisdom for all checks and saving throws related to fear, horror and morale).

[You can always put the character's Wisdom score if you don't use a distinct Courage score.]

I've also included "Party reputation" levels (distinct from Faction reknown).

Houserule :

To determine the Courage, Honor and Sanity ability scores, players must roll 4d6, drop lowest.

- For Courage, they add their character's Wisdom modifier.
- For Honor : if Lawful, they roll 4d6 (drop lowest) twice, keeping the highest result;
if Chaotic, they roll 4d6 and drop highest.
- For Sanity, they add their character's Wisdom modifier.
