Only if the Psion chooses to deal cold or fire damage (which I believe are the two most common resistances/immunities). When dealing electricity damage, the psion deals the straight 7d6 damage and while dealing sonic damage, the psion deals 7d6-7.

There's also the construct in Fantasy Flight Games' Dragonstar Setting. Somewhere I think I also made a template version of it for my home games. Warforged scout is a good quick fix, but IMO, is a bit too durable for a "doll".
