    Converting Maztica and Horde monsters

The only way this could be a problem would be if someone were running the "Horde" adventure trilogy converted to 3.5, and I imagine that any DM intrepid enough to convert all the NPCs could probably figure out how to knock down Gaumhavi's CR a few points. I agree that she's A-OK as she is.

    DRAGON Magazine monster index!

Doesn't really matter, seeing as every one of them, cosmic entity and servitor race alike, shows up in Cthulhu d20, which has guidelines for conversion to D&D anyway. ;) Just listing them for the sake of completeness.

Ah. Well then, unless some d20 publisher created something (and I have no idea if anyone has or not - I know little beyond WotC), I'm afraid you're out of luck. :\

    Tasloi

I'd also note that the tasloi (and everything else from Oriental Adventures) was updated to 3.5 in Dragon #318.

    DRAGON Magazine monster index!

Well, came across another couple of old issues of The Dragon - #12 and #29. Here's a few critters what were left out. 12 - Archangels (Vohu Manah, Asha, Khathra Vairya, Armaiti, Haurvatat & Ameretat, Sraosha, Mithra), Yazatas (Vayu, Tishtrya, Ardvi Sura Anahita, Verethranga, Rapithwin, Atar...

Converting original D&D and Mystara monsters

Looks pretty good to me.

The saurials were pretty significant in 2E Forgotten Realms. There were four races: finheads (hadrosaurs), hornheads (ceratopsians), bladebacks (stegosaurs), and fliers (pterosaurs), all Neutral Good, brought to the Realms from some far-off world by the evil (and now dead) god of filth, Moander...

Converting First Edition monsters from DRAGON magazine

Considering that ekrats live in libraries I think that they might all speak Common. Possibly Draconic, too, since they eat spellbooks.

Converting Monsters from D&D Official Video Games

Personally I think that it should have two eyestalks for vampiric touch and touch of death, with the big eye using animate dead.

    Converting Epic Level Beings

Hm... I had thought there was more, but I guess I was wrong. My bad.

    Converting Epic Level Beings

I think perhaps Wis might be better decreased than Int. After all, he's not particularly stupid... he just lacks forethought. ;)

    Converting Epic Level Beings

About Epimetheus... there's some 2E information on him pertaining to Planescape in Planes of Conflict, where he's described in the DM's guide to Bytopia (no stats, but useful flavor).

    Centaur-kins

Shinomen nagas. And yeah, that would be Chiron from The Neverending Story. In the book he was a "zebra centaur".

    Converting World of Greyhawk monsters

Re: The Eye and The Hand... I recall that their stats were also given in the very late 2E Greyhawk/Ravenloft/Planescape cross-over adventure, Die, Vecna, Die! (the best adventure title ever), if you desire a second reference source.

    Centaur-kins

Oh, yeah... also, in last month's "Elite Opponents", there was a tauric ettin/elephant and, in another one previous, a tauric human/dire wolf.

    Centaur-kins

Yeah, those MC2 centaur-kin were the zebranaur (human-zebra), dorvesh (dwarf-donkey), gnoat (gnome-goat), and ha'pony (halfling-pony). In the MC4 we also got the pegataur (elf-pegasus, already converted by Boz to 3.0) and the manotaur (minotaur-bull).

Aw, shucks. ;) Well, being LN at heart, I respect that... 70 feet it is. ;)

Converting monsters from the second edition Monstrous Compendiums

Yep. Here's a hypertext version of the 2E MM, you can scroll down and see them. EDIT: I've checked some of the non-chromatic/gem/metallic dragons and not all of them have it. Still, it's a generally outdated thing.

Converting monsters from the second edition Monstrous Compendiums

Er, I believe that all dragons in 2E have a chance of being able to communicate with any living creature. All of the chromatic, metallic, and gem dragons in the 2E Monstrous Manual had it, for instance. I think that power can be safely left out, since it hasn't carried over to any of the 3E dragons.

    Converting Maztica and Horde monsters

I think bigger would be OK. She's been through several cycles of reincarnation, and she probably in her last life before achieving Nirvana, so I'd say she's worked hard enough for an abnormally large breath weapon. :]
