I was going for a natural attack build and was trying to see if there is a way to add tentacles to it. The alchemist has a tentacle discovery but that explicitly says that it doesn't add to the number of attacks per round (I guess it replaces an existing attack?). There is the tentacle cloak...

Luckily there is another feat: Powerful Wings (although it has a prerequisite of Skill Focus Fly and Str 13 (not easy for a kobold!). So given 6 feats (draconic aspect/glide/breath/paragon, skill focus (fly), powerful wings) I can get 2 wing attacks. So it is doable, but it is not easy!

There are kobold racial feats that give kobolds wings (and even a fly speed!) but I don't see how to get the ability to make natural attacks with them. Anyone have any thoughts on how to do this?

Another idea might be to research an illusion/spell that hides his own soul after he dies, so that it can travel the planes as a "free spirit" rather than be bound for Hell.
