Why does it seem to indicate that the armor goes up in level with you? I wish... that'd keep characters from having to "trade in" their armor and weapons all the time... Chris EDIT: I guess it's just the way I read the text at the beginning "scales with level"..

That's funny, because I swear one of the tidbits we got last year for 4E was that gunpowder would be in the PHB as part of the default setting. Hopefully we see them soon. They should also put Giff in the same book, since they're the race most closely associated with guns. :D :D :D :D Chris

Hmmm.. I seemed to have missed that detail. I was taking it as "you spend a minor action, and the creature gets its' three actions". If that's the case, what's the point of using the creature if your own personal attacks are more likely to be better? Chris

Why can't you just use the plethora of campaign sourcebooks that don't necessarily rely on stats over the years and just use the 4E system? I don't understand the problem....

I wonder where you got that idea.... ;) And it seems that commanding a creature is a minor action of your own, either way.
