Evil cultist escapes PCs’ wrath.

Tonight was good fun. Plainly, the combat rules need some balancing, but our dice were against us. I'm eager to find out where the ghoul dvarg came from.

My current campaign is on session 20. It began in May when we went back to ftf play. A campaign of mine lasts on average 1.5-2 years. But I have a core of 2-3 players who are the same in every game, so that helps.

I rarely notice, remember, or care at all about artor the lack thereof, but bad art is a turnoff.

I sew, read, sculpt with polymer clay, write creatively, and care for cats. I am certain I would do all these plus other crafts.

My take is that NPCs can do anything a PC can do, but the PC is in control of their response. So an NPCcan deceive a character, with or without a roll depending on situation, but the PCs response to that possibility is theirs to play out.

Bear, not boar. She recued it in the mountains as a cub and raised it. It carries her because of her short legs. None of her people ride them, but they are sometimes used as guard animals. She takes care of it. She isn’t sure what will happen if she takes it into human towns!

Roll20 works pretty well. The chat and dice rolling are good, the maps tool works best with purchased assets, but ok with just rough drawings, and the voice stuff is pretty reliable. The ability to easily share images, handouts, etc… is a real strength, especially over a campaign when you want...

Well, they got out of Dodge, went to Candlekeep, avoided my mini-adventure, refused to dealwith their enemy, and now one PC has been kidnapped, possibly by said enemy (actually HIS one-time ally now almost enemy who are sort of betraying him).

I can start at 7 my time (central US) and ply til 10 but no later. Fri or Sat.
