How Wizards of the Coast Could Slay in Profit

I'm just talking about article support.

How Wizards of the Coast Could Slay in Profit

I guess what I would like to see is just a smattering of support. The costs are negligible when considering the benefit. Digital publication removes a lot from the associated costs. I think it would do more good than harm.

How Wizards of the Coast Could Slay in Profit

I just wrote this piece up for my site, but I think it bears sharing. I think there is a really golden opportunity that WotC could seize on, and that is opening up DDI content to all editions. You'll also note that I am upfront and honest in that I am not qualified to even evaluate the validity...

    4th Edition D&D Collector's Guide

I believe he is covering only official WotC publications.

Lair Assault: Attack of the Tyrantclaw

Nice! And thank you for the kind comments. Any movement would have caused the ritual to fail. It wasn't explicit, but I tried to make it implicit. At the end of the day, it's up to you to decide. That's a cool unique way for your player to be creative. I'm a dick, however, and would have...

Lair Assault: Attack of the Tyrantclaw

Nope, the only thing I had in mind in designing this was fighting dinosaurs on the Isle of Dread. :)

The Lair Assault I designed is out and I wanted to see who has played it. Dungeons & Dragons Roleplaying Game Official Home Page - Event (D&D Lair Assault)

    Forgotten Realms adventure timeline?

I would jump on the forum. Also, my brother wrote the Grand History of the Realms. There's a web version floating around somewhere that has annotations on which adventures (or sources, period) it came from.

    Measurements for ranges and grids

I plan to use no grid or hexes. Squares/5 feet = 1 inch. Open terrain. I've already done this before and it works well.

Playing the same character since 1985? Gwah?

I'm lucky if a character holds my attention for more than three months.

    Dungeon Survival Handbook

I missed this thread. This book is full of awesome. I wish I could say more, but 4e fans will have their minds blown (in the good way).

    Growing an RPG?

The tabletop RPG community is smaller than many might believe. A lot of the smaller presses have worked with many of the other smaller presses while at one of the larger organizations. Word of mouth and reputation does a lot. Making quality, kick-butt products is okay, but it's all in who you...

    Flames of War?

I'm fairly big into FoW and WHFB. It's a fun game but be warned it can come with a big investment in both cash and time.

    What's Up With D&D? for Monday, 23 January 2012

For those not familiar, Ashes of Athas is an excellent trip into the Dark Sun setting. Alphastream and others have done a wonderful job in putting together a different kind of organized-play experience. I highly recommend checking it out.
