I recall that the Kron Hills and Flinty Hills very specifically have gnome nations. But I can’t think of anywhere that are halflings lands. Maybe a village or valley here or there in human-controlled lands.

The LGG is great. It does not have the sheer amount of delightful bits from the 83 set, like the encounter tables or weather/climate or runes. But it makes up for it in massive extra details everywhere.
