    Warblade maneuvers

Okay, I created 5 mock battles between a warblade and fighter and with the right stances and maneuvers the level 20 warblade consistently triumphed over the level 20 tripper/disarmer fighter. I am assuming also that strike of perfect clarity has a saving throw associated with it due to massive...

    Warblade maneuvers

Wholy smokes. That would be 12 attacks per round with a two handed sword and 20 attacks per round with TWF and GTWF. One question though: can he substitute any of his regular attacks with grapples/disarms/trips?

    Warblade maneuvers

As some of us know, the warblade is an interesting class with a wide variety of maneuvers to complement his already brokenly powerful statistics. I was wondering, can a Warblade stack Time stands still with Raging Mongoose? Time stands still has an initiation action of one full round action...

Weapon Focus "unarmed strike" counts when making a grapple check?

Interesting...would he better at battlefield control than a fighter with the same feats? ( I mean improved grapple/disarm/trip )

Weapon Focus "unarmed strike" counts when making a grapple check?

Excellent. I suppose that settles it. One question though: What is the point of building a grappler? You can't initiate a grapple against roughly one third - one half of the creatures in the monster manual (due to size constraints). Anyone on this? Thanks.

Weapon Focus "unarmed strike" counts when making a grapple check?

Initiating a grapple is a type of "attack," and you are doing it unarmed. If a potential grappler has focused his talents in being able to "make contact" with his opponent with an "unarmed attack" - which a grapple COULD be thought of as - then it stands to reason that his grappling skills could...

Hello! A hexblade/RDD/Blackguard build. Please criticize!

Oops, I forgot about that :). In that case replace practiced spellcaster and improved critical with cleave and improved sunder. Thanks. True, usefulness of this build varies according to DM. I see no problem with having a double stack in this case...after all they are derived from two...

Hello! A hexblade/RDD/Blackguard build. Please criticize!

No problem. It's third. Fourth level gives 1d6 sneak attack, which is nice but not completely needed.

No problem, RDD stands for Red dragon disciple.

Hello! A hexblade/RDD/Blackguard build. Please criticize!

Hi, I’m new, it's a pleasure to post here. I (ovbiously) like D&D. My favourite class, as you can probably guess is the hexblade class since it represents not only one of my favourite concepts in a traditional combat sense (he can debuff and fight well) but he is also the typical antihero that...
