There is no public part anymore. He closed the discord to just patrons a while back after the discord became too big.
He didn’t throw anyone out who wasn’t a patron though.

Bardic inspiration works on attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws. That is enough because you roll these all the time. It inspires allies. Spellcasters roll ability checks and saving throws too. They even buffed the duration to an hour.

technically it isn’t +1 to damage. It’s fine this way because it makes sense. You always get to use it when you hit. No saves, no conditions, no negation by monster immunities.

Really? I have those fights all the time. A world where powerful heroes are always fighting challenges just dangerous enough to knock someone out isn’t fun or realistic.
