Mass-producction using Iron Kingdom rules for magic items. Given the size of the 'kingdom', we can say it's been around long enough to become part of the background unless you're in the industry. The tech actually already exists. I'd like to make a PrC for those pilots who specialize in its use.

The single head also gives the Scent advantage. Possibly use both? Keep one up until they smell prey, then go to the 'hide all but the eyes' tactic?

The only thing I can think of at the moment is Hellball. It doesn't reduce energy resistance so much just hits them with everything at once. It's epic though.

Probably, but the increased power to spellcasters will probably stand out more.

OA has multiclass monk PrC's, as well as rules for monks multiclassing back and forth with other base classes.

Can't say I know too much about the setting. I started getting into Hornsaw Forest, Edge of Infinity, and The Wise and The Wicked (the 75% off clearance rack is a beautiful thing... :o ). I've garnered what I could of the history from these three sources.
