Actually, you can get it on PDF on Drivethrurpg for 5 bucks. It is, IMHO, a great resource for all things related to wilderness, and well worth it's cost.

Well, there's this variant rule by Andy Collins that I've been using in my games and so far it's turned up quite nice.

Adding to Crothian's response, both books are excelent for people new to DMing. They give some insight into cities/dungeons structures as well as some suggestions for different types of them. Another thing that's nice is that each one has a randomish generator that's fairly well detailed.

Actually I've also been waiting for it. I already own Wildscapes, Portals & Planes, CityWorks and DungeonCraft, all of them by Mike Mearls and have been using them regularly since I got them.

Question: is the entire stunts system the one presented in this preview or is it expanded in the book?

I particularly second all of the above suggestions. Wildscape has some great terrain rules and has seen heavy use in my campaign. Portals & Planes can be used on it's own or as a compaion for WotC's Manual of the Planes. Cityworks and Dungeoncraft are solid books for city and dungeon design...

And that´s precisely why I explicitly said "Both as a player and DM I would prefer...". It's a matter of personal preference, and I just don't like Setting books which offer no new rules material since I run my games and also play in a homebrewed world.
