I would have to agree. The Orb line of spells aren't even close to that powerful, and I already think they're a bit too much.

Thanks, but I finally got one earlier this week. Someone at EB Games told me on Monday they might be in on Tuesday around 12:30. And my wife, who wanted a Wii just as much or more than me, has Tuesdays off. UPS lady was late, but now we have one. Yay! :D

The spell level would still have to work within the limits of the item, so a maximized wand of fireballs could not be made because a maxxed fireball is 6th level, but a staff could handle that.
