I love the options, especially the quick one. I advance monsters constantly and often do a quick mental calculation to try and get it done, but having consistent rules that I can follow is a HUGE time saver. Thanks for all of your work, Paizo!

Nah, I'm fine with them having medium armor only. They can always blow a feat to get heavy armor if it fits with what they want to do. I could also see it being added in as a bonus to the War or Protection domains (in the versions where that applies).

I've never tried the character/monster builder so I'd have to see a demo. As a rule, I avoid SaaS products, subscriptions of all sorts, to be honest, but I could be tempted if it was a stellar product. That said, I doubt that Paizo has the staff to look into this right now.
