That hasn't been my experience. At first, my players were a bit suspicious of the nefarious computer when it would get on a hot streak, but after a few sessions using DM's Familiar, they saw that it all averages out fine, just like dice, but it makes my combat rounds go much faster.

Just today, the mainpage stopped loading when I use Mozilla Firefox. It's worked great before, but now I just get a blank white page, so I'm posting this using Internet Exploder, which seems to work fine. Anyone have any ideas? Anybody else seeing this?

Couldn't a Druid take rapid shot and use it with a sling? Sure, not as good as a bow, but it would meet the requirements, and slings aren't as bad in 3.5 with the STR bonus to damage and all.

I really that about the setting- it's got all these fun non-standard races that look like they're pretty balanced against the standard races. FFG does some good stuff. I also like the way they handle legendary PC's, as I've never liked the epic rules.
