The way I see it, as long as the stealth character is stealthed they can try and stay stealthed thanks to stealth meaning that they are invisible and thus out of line of sight... So with the new stealth rules a rogue needs to run around a corner make the stealth check and then he can use...

Actually with a closer look sneak attack says that you must use a light blade weapon, however when using a pact blade you are using a light blade implement so you can't use sneak attack with warlock powers...

I added a "I've got stealth" part in v2 which is marked in blue...it mentions that if you make an attack you have combat advantage and I only took into account what I thought was a passive action on the creatures turn... so the chart does not take into account if a creature actively searches...
