Actually, since there's a continual use item price reduction for spells with durations of 24 hrs or more, wouldn't the cost be: (6 * 11 * 2000) / 2 = 66000 gp ? Still too much for subpar armor, I agree, but at least it's a little cheaper. :) -B-

We tested out a +2 LA for a Large Warforged and it worked out just fine (the lack of HD really hurt, but was mitigated a bit by the additional Con). YMMV, though. -B-

You lose a HD/level (or, if you're 1st level, 2 points of Constitution) when you're reincarnated, IIRC. Since, in most campaigns, the NPCs don't have many HD/levels (or high Con -- your new form's Con score is partially based off of your old one's (see the spell)), I'd say it's pretty limited...
