Well... I wanted to make a half orc monk/fighter/shadowdancer (that strange enough?), but it has to use core 3.5 rules. You can't switch in and out with the monk, so I have to take the 3 levels at once.

Just so I can get my head around this... Lets take an elf paladin as an example. paladin is not the elf's preferred class. If the character is a level 3 paladin, and take a level in fighter, there is no experience penalty. If that same character levels in fighter to have 5 levels in fighter...

If it's the same attack against everyone, why can't it be a trip attack against everyone?

if you get counter-disarmed, and have improved unarmed strike, can you continue the attack?

Just the same penalties every small character gets. Wildshape gives the sizes allowed in the desciption as they level, the caster's size is irrelevant.

No penalty for riding, they're slow as hell, but if it's trained for war, I can see a -5 during combat :)
