A move action takes less time than a standard action, yes? You have 2 move actions a round and can substitute one for a standard action, or both for a full round action. So the reason for not being able to substittue a standard action for a swift action for spellcasting purposes seem to be RAW.

I dont know, what is the point of magic DR if it was expected to be overcomed by the players at all times? Infact, why not have CR 1 monsters with epic DR? Afterall we are not supposed to be able to reasonably beat DR. Meh just change all DR to /-.

I spotted the quiver of plenty yesterday as well. Far more reasonable, far more superior than a quiver of anariel.

How does the iatjutsu master PRC allow you to use the skill properly in normal battles? Its only boost to the skill itself is allowing you to add cha to damage dice(more MAD FTW....) Blur strike is perfectly what i need. Thanks for the heads up!

A grig has 2 hp. CR 21+ monsters tend to have enough hp that their DR matters.

Yes but its more or less useless that way.......unless of course you run a OA campaign where duels are fairly commonplace(i get the impression they are incredibly rare).

Realistically speaking villains have no reason NOT to sunder....as they are either expected not to survive that combat, or to get defeated by the PCs and be a recurring villain. There is no ingame reason not to sunder PC weapons. This is also why 1/day abilities are more powerful in NPC hands...
