Actually... Uncanny Dodge simply lets you keep your Dex bonus to AC even while flat-footed; you can still be sneak attacked, but your freakish reflexes make it harder to strike you.

Gnomes can already cast 0- level arcane spells. Provided your character has at least a 10 intelligence, she can cast dancing lights, ghost sound, and prestidigitation, once per day each. So, in that respect, she should be golden.

Thanks for setting me straight there. My apologies for my errors; it was late, and I got caught up in the math.

If you win iniative, (after surprising your foe, of course) and have the feat Flick of the Wrist, that's 55d6 per round for two rounds, plus 11d6 in the surprise round, for a grand total of 121d6. That's an average of 423 damage.
