I just don't know why the stopped at Dinosaurs when it came to name changes. Horses and cows keeping the names they are called on Earth in D&D settings make no sense to me either, why shouldn't they be changed to Beefsteak Behemoth and Four Legged Neighstomper as well?

I too am currently in the process of designing my own pantheon. The biggest problem I'm having at the moment is thinking up their names. Naming stuff seems to be a skill that is easy for everyone else but escapes me. What process do you use for thinking up names for your gods / goddesses?

I think the 4E/Pathfinder fanbase is pretty spot on for a fanbase that I would want. Creative, open minded, and willing to tell the corporations to go suck it if they aren't happy with scummy market practices.

I feel that it is my duty as a D&D player to shoot this down as hard as possible lest WOTC gets the idea that we want such a thing. Absolutely not. This isn't a good idea and the only entity to get any sort of benefit from this arrangement is WotC. No thanks.

So my PC's are now running away from the Goblin King and his forces. They are fleeing the Winterbole Forest at high speed on three caravan carts. How would you suggest I run such an encounter? I don't even know where to begin on the scripting....
