    Very easy to get ranged CA as a phb1 rogue. Deft Strike + stealth, Distant Advantage, Fey Beast Tamer, and a whole bunch of powers which cause the enemy to grant CA. To answer the OP, Blackguard and Pyromancer . Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk

    Ranger - Spiked Chain ?

    It eats up your MC slot, which can be pretty severe (no Fighter MC, which is awesome). If you don't mind that, it's ok. I'd rather just wield 2 rapiers and keep my MC option open.

    Shadow is one of the most powerful sources one can wield. It's the power over Darkness, which triggers our most primal fear... the fear of the unknown. So, yes, Shadow deserves to be a power source. As much as any "element" would, anyway.
