Once we get some of the basic administrivia handled, we'll start posting sign up threads; when we do that, we'll try to get an accurate count of who and how many to expect. :) With the hour-long lunch break, there should be some time if people start late or simply go over the time limit. :)

I, for one, would much rather have a Giant book than a Fey book, if only because I'm much more likely to use Giants than Fey as opponents for my players.

Rodrigo, Psion and I are just discussing how long the game sessions should be at the reconstituted ENworld DC gameday. We can't get into the current space until 9am, so the earliest we can start the first session is 9:30am. As I see it, the sessions can either last 4, 4.5, or 5 hours, starting...

So 9:30am is the earliest we can start? How long do we want these sessions to be? Certainly no less than 4 hours, and I'd say no longer than 5. With that in mind, I'd say our choices for session times seem to be... 9:30 - 1:30 and 2:30 - 6:30 9:30 - 2:00 and 3:00 - 7:30 9:30 - 2:30 and 3:30 -...

I was actually thinking we'd just do 2 slots for this one. 9-2 and 3-8, much like the NC game day does. We can use the remaining time for a group dinner, or a raffle or something.

I split this off into its own thread, and then stickied it. I figure major logistical information like this deserves its own discussion. :)
