I'm talking off the cuff here, but I believe that Dr. Strangelove and the original Failsafe were released the same year. Seems to me that the Doctor hit the theaters just a bit earlier though. Really took the wind out of Failsafe's sails. A shame really since both are very good movies...

As much as I would prefer for B5 to win, they really wouldn't stand a chance. The tech differential is just too great. Speed, maneuverability, energy shields, the ability to fight while moving at warp speeds all make the Federation the obvious winner. B5 is cooler, but they would still loose...

A "Wrench" is any item placed in a room as flavor which becomes a subject of immediate and, sometimes very extended concern, to the players. thus holding up progress of the adventure.

Although it had its problems from time to time, B5 is still my favorite.

Tonight I played my first rounds of the Battle Cattle Card game. I t was fast paced and quite enjoyable. Has anyone out there actually played the full version? And if you have what do you think of it?
