It may have been short, but it was a very good update. I thought I was startled when I saw you had destroyed Rubicon, but that was really nothing compared to the rest.
I don't see it as a problem. This is like complaining that the PHB has too many druid-only spells. You don't play a cleric and flip through the book thinking 'Damn, another druid spell!', do you?
The elven trance always seemed silly to me. Probably because I prefer my elves to not sleep. What gets me more is that after four hours of trance an elf is fully rested, but an elven spellcaster still has to rest eight hours to regain spells.
Not if that sidhe noble also happens to be an [booming voice]EPIC[/booming voice] swashbuckler/sorcerer/bladesinger. Sapient monsters (especially ones like fey) can advance just like characters.
I was working (although somewhat slowly) on starting a Planescape game, though I wouldn't mind playing in one either. I am unavailable this Sunday, but further ones I could make free for a game. Perhaps it would be easier if you emailed me? rilianamystic@yahoo.co.uk
I'm rather partial to Hephaenestous.
Then, of course, there's Seamuszanthusxemus, Purveyor of Fine Goods, Merchant Most Excellent, Slayer of Fiends. But that's a canon Planescape NPC, so I'm not sure how much it counts to mention him.
I'm a pretty big Planescape fan, and as far as I can tell I am one of the few I know in the particular area. I'm rather hoping some people can chime in here and prove me wrong.
