For Bioware's defense, the Platinum Edition was scheduled for an October release and so was patch 1.64... But the Pl. Ed. came out earlier, so... I told one of my friends last night. He was pissed, because we haven't stopped talking about NWN for months and he was eager to try it.

Hmm a quick note about the Platinum Edition. It apparently uses patch 1.63, while the others use 1.62. So until patch 1.64 comes out, Platinum owners can't play on-line with the other versions... Bioware's thread on this subject.
