The Big Ol' thread of cool things to do with a shifter.

That is correct as far as I know. So Beholder does not work very well since you really only get fligh and All around vision. But all of the other abilities mentioned are exceptional and not supernatural. M.

    Maximum HP for 20th level?

Using just core rules and the class books what is the maximum number of HP a 20th level character can have not counting Magic Items. The most I can come up with is 547 (587 while raging) for a Dwarf Barbarian 6/Forsaker 10/Fighter 4. At 20th level Constitution is 35 (39 while raging). I took...

    has anyone played/dm'd shadow run?

I have played both 1st edition and 3rd edition Shadowrun and enjoyed the world but not the game system. Though 3rd is a great improvement we still tried to convert the game to other systems (like GURPS - probably not the best choice). The material has a large over arching metaplot that I...

Why only even number of skill points per level?

Thanks for the response. I think I will be giving my rangers 5 skill points per level. :) M.

Why only even number of skill points per level?

Why do all core classes (and prestige classes as far as I know) get an even number of skills per level? Is there a game balancing reason for this? Factoring in intelligence bonuses can of course grant an odd number but why are there no classes with for example 3 skill points/level? I...
