Nod, as reaper said i was no longer stunned as of his turn last round. And as for my turn taking so long to get in I can only assume that clockwork is still trying to figure out what I meant by my long winded e-mail or is just doing stuff associated with my turn that would take awhile.

It's good to let the DM roll for skills where the characters shouldn't know if they failed or not. Of course this can be avoided if you game with a group that doesn't say well I check again just because they rolled low.

Since when don't you get domain spells as your caster level increases if you take a prestige class?

Why would you even offer to roll dice since you will want them to mess with their scores if they rolled more then what they could achieve with a 32 point buy?

I always thought shurikens were thrown 3 at a time per attack roll. So if someone had 2 attacks a round at +7/+2 then they would get 6 shurikens, 3 at +7 and 3 at +2. Yep even says that you can throw 3 shurikens per attack in the PHB.

Since they are both named as Racial then they wouldn't stack unless otherwise said they would. Like named bonuses don't stack unless otherwise stated remember.

Like I said, it all depends on your interpritation. Page 121 of the PHB defines Not an Action as part of taking an action. So if you Delay you can Delay to do nothing, since delay is part of some other action, which you can't take since you are stunned.

I wasn't flaming or anything. I was just stating as to how so many people complain about how they have worded stuff that you can't just say, "Well if they meant action then they woulda used to word action." That arguement just holds no water when so many people complain about the wording of rules.

This all depends on how you interpret different conditions. Take stun since it's been used in this thread so far already. When stunned you can't take any actions. Not even mental ones. If you can't take a mental action then how would you know about your surroundings? That's how I interpret stun...
