What i really dislike about this new Hobgoblin is how the black around his deep sunken eyes makes it look like he's wearing a monster rubber mask.

I loved the landscapes. The monsters not so much. But please tell me this http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/WorldsMonsters_Gallery/104091.jpg wasn't done by Dennis Cramer, it kinda looks like his style. :confused: Please, i absolutely despise his art, don't let him taint 4E with his water...

Same here! Plus, we applied some of the 4E design principles when we overhauled the paladin and a warpriesty PrC for two of our players. I'm still running my 3.5 campaign but it will wrap before june, and it will definitly be the last game of 3.5 for me. :)

That's actually a very interesting idea! And pretty much the only way you might get me to play in Matztica. ;)

Don't think that's the case. I for one are happy that Matzticas gone because i've always found it to be an uninspired and boring place. I never felt the urge to play a campaign or even a single adventure there. For me it just didn't feel very D&D like or fitting for the tone of fantasy i wanted...

On a side note: I was thinking about how they would translate Dragonborn into german and the only thing I could think of was "Drachen Kind" (which is german for Dragonchild) The direct tranlation for Dragonborn would be something like "Drachen Geborene" but that sounds rather tacky in german...

I agree with Klaus too. Something simliar to the Green Dragon figth scene featuring a whole party of adventurers would be nice.
