    Armoured casting feat...

If you ever wanted more than +4 armor bonus, you'd need to look elsewhere than mage armor. With this feat, you can easily get a +9 armor bonus at high levels for about 26k. Normally, that would cost you 64k, so with this one feat you've saved almost 40k gold.

    distracting ember boost

On the one hand, you're claiming that the elemental doesn't go away because your turn has not ended. On the other, you're claiming that it can attack because it's not currently your turn. I kind of see a problem with this... No reason to be so dismissive; what he says is perfectly reasonable...

    Teleportation Effects

You should read Steven Brust's novel Dragon. (Part of the Vlad Taltos series.) The main character discusses the use of magic in warfare quite a bit. And the two armies in the book have teleportation blocks up over the entire region they're fighting in.

    Troll trying to eat monk

If the troll was aware of the party before they are aware of him, he can effectively ready an action.

    Warblade and Swordsage: Overpowered?

I actually found this to be not nearly as limiting as I thought it would be. You start with two maneuvers, and draw a new one at the end of each round. Since you've only got 5 total, that means you'll have all of them in hand after 3 rounds of combat, and reshuffle on the 4th round. In about...

    Help me make a chef

For some reason, I feel that monk would be a good fit. The Exemplar (Complete Adventurer) is probably a must for a prestige class, since the whole idea of the class is to focus on being really good at skills. If you did go with monk, drunken master could be amusing too. ^_^

    Do druids need Track?

I can find nothing that states that you do gain bonus feats. Is there a specific reason you thought this?

    Trip Fest

Well, size makes a difference. So using enlarge person and similiar effects will help. I believe there is a magic item in Complete Adventurer which gives you a +2 on strength checks, which could be useful, and is pretty good value. Having the prone attack feat (from CW) removes any penalty...

Rules Q: Black Pudding vs. Magical Adamantine

Actually, if its a magical and adamantine weapon/armor/shield, it'll do no damage. Each point of enhancement bonus increases the hardness of the item by 2.

    Touch attacks and Unarmed strikes

Blasphemy! The problem with this line of thought is, why is there an "unarmed attack" category at all, if that category has no use in the game rules?

Dexterity and Intelligence: That stats deities are made of

Well, certainly the two stats left alone (Str and Cha) are the two stats most commonly used as dump stats, and dexterity is one of the more important ones. But I think creating so many new stats is an overcomplicated way of solving the percieved problem. Better to somehow make strength and...

    Touch attacks and Unarmed strikes

Although possibly a typo, Greater Psionic Shot. Psionic shot specifies unarmed strikes, but greater psionic shot says "When you use the Psionic Fist feat, your unarmed attack or attack with a natural weapon deals an extra 4d6 points of damage instead of an extra 2d6 points." That's a bit...

    Monkey-like race?

There is a "Brachiation" feat in complete adventurer that makes you good at climbing and moving through the forest. That one seems perfect for your concept here.

    Touch attacks and Unarmed strikes

@ I2k: Artoomis isn't making a nonsensical correlation. He's actually presented a rule which backs up his claim that a spellcaster delivering a touch attack is considered to be making an unarmed attack: I haven't seen anyone actually respond to this argument, which is what he was asking for...

Bard feat - two songs at once?

Isn't there a bard spell that lets you maintain a bardic music effect without actually performing? That would let you do two at once, unless the spell specifically excludes that possibility.

    Warblade and Swordsage: Overpowered?

One nice benefit that ToB classes, which I haven't seen mentioned, is that they can use shields with little penalty. Outside of ToB, there are two main ways to deal a lot of melee damage: Use a 2-handed weapon and power attack, or dual weild and get lots of per attack bonuses. Both mean you...

Is there any way to change alignment?

Will, if the person is willing they can simply change alignment. If you're trying to force this on an NPC, I don't remember anything like that.

    Retrieving a potion while grappled

Why not? That seems perfectly appropriate to me. It's true that they're made of fragile material, but the actual bottle is so small that I don't think this would be too much of a problem:

    New FAQ: What's different/added?

It's not really a physics explanation, though! One of the most fundamental principles of physics is that there's no "absolute" reference frame. You might as well just say "its magic" and be done with it. Heat is energy; the net momentum of even an extremely hot object will still be zero in...
