My favourite is Troll Lord Games for their amazing C&C line. Second would be Green Ronin for Mutants and Masterminds and True20. And my distant third is Necromancer Games which I have a love/hate thing with since I still feel very, very annoyed by the Tome of Horrors revised issue.

Also SkeletonKey Games puts out e-Adventure Tiles which would be infinitely more useful than this WotC offering. If you can print out pdfs, those are the ones to go with.

The funny thing about the current setup, is that I keep hoping issues sell-out so I can buy them in pdf.

Thanks for the information. I'm planning to use this book after minor conversion in a C&C game and always feel better about OGC so I can legally share things. Plus, that way my game isn't tied down to someone's IP that may get harder and harder to purchase as the years go on.

I heard in one of the reviews (which I can't reference right now), that it had a border which wasted ink on every page. I was hoping the pdf version now scrapped that for a more print friendly version.

I'm really interested in picking up the pdf of Hot Pursuit from Adamant Entertainment, but I heard the border really detracts from the printability. Any chance this has been fixed yet?
